our recent stay in vlore was amazing, but staying at aross made it even better. the hotel staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to help. the personalized menu and delicious food brought to our room really made us feel special. the sea views from our room were absolutely breathtaking.

The rooms were brand-new and clean with feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. It overlooked sea. The staff was very attentive and fantastically friendly in managing every request.

Our double room had a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar, which were all very convenient during our stay.

Simply nothing too much trouble, SUCH GREAT stay. Spacious rooms, stunningly beautiful place to stay. A mini bar fridge, a seating area, and a writing desk in the room, marvellous and perfect location. Great view from the window to mountain. Exceptional staffs, gave a few recommendations.

The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits, cheese, sausages, croissants, and traditional Albanian buns. The room had a stunning view of the sea and the sunset, and it was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed linen. our stay at Aross was enjoyable and we highly recommend it to everyone.

The sea-facing rooms offer a spectacular view of the crystal clear water. The staff is accommodating and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, featuring local favourites such as Albanian buns and fresh fruit. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the bathroom facilities are of high quality. Guests have access to free sun loungers and pool and saunas facilities.

There is a lack of foreign TV channels offered for guests.

Felt like VIPs, with nothing being too much trouble.

We loved the proximity to the sea and the peace that came from being outside of the city center. The sea-facing rooms had stunning views. The staff was helpful and attentive. The breakfast was fresh and delicious.

We got great value for our money at Aross! The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride away from the city. The staff at Aross were so friendly and helpful, always there to assist with anything we needed.

The breakfast experience could have been better with more variety, such as croissants, toast, omelettes, and fresh orange juice readily available.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited and didn’t always include expected items, and the WIFI was occasionally patchy. Nonetheless, overall we had a wonderful experience with fantastic spa facilities and staff who went above and beyond to assist us.

One small drawback was the parking area, which could have been more organized and better maintained. Additionally, the entry road off the main street was not paved and could use some improvements.

Staying at this luxurious venue was absolutely amazing. The Spa & Wellness center was a dream come true, offering a variety of massages such as full body, foot, back and head massages, all performed by highly skilled professionals. The beachfront with its sun loungers and beach umbrellas was never crowded, allowing us to relax in full privacy. The restaurant was a delight to the senses, with exquisite cuisine and a wide range of drinks offered in the bar/lounge area. Also, private facilities added to the exclusivity of our stay.

It is with minor regret that we mention the remote location of this hotel, a bit far from the city centre. Despite all the leisure activities and the TV room, the feeling of isolation was sometimes overwhelming.
